Nicknamed the "world's breadbasket," the great state of Kansas leads our nation in wheat production; has given us leaders in politics (Dwight D. Eisenhower); aviation (Amelia Earhart); and sports (Wilt Chamberlain); and fuels our Hollywood image of the Wild West (Dodge City).
