Historic Valley Forge

The National Park Service protects 3,500 acres in Valley Forge National Historic Park (about 20 miles northwest of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania). All National Parks - All Pennsylvania Parks

Valley Forge is most famous as the winter encampment where General George Washington and the Continental Army experienced extreme hardships during the American Revolution.
