Dilophosaurus was a double-crested carnivorous theropod dinosaur that roamed what is now Connecticut during the Jurassic era. According to The Hartford Courant; "In the mid-1960s, a bulldozer operator in Rocky Hill uncovered fossilized dinosaur tracks believed to be made by a close relative of the Dilophosaurus."
